Internationalists Put America Last in Bill Clinton's White House

Here's a list of some key members of the federal government who are members of the Council of foreign Relations (CFR). Although CFR members amount to a fraction of the total population, they control virtually all major policy- making positions at the highest levels. While there is a constant and ongoing change of personnel in key positions, CFR members are invariably appointed to these posts.
